"Once again, I feel I had outstanding service when I brought my vehicle in. I wasn't aware that I had a brake that was sticking when I brought my vehicle in, but during my service it was noticed. Because they were concerned enough about my safety and the safety of my child, they contacted me right away so they could have permission to look into the problem. Once they realized what the problem was, they contacted me right away to give options on repairs. Because they did not have the part available that day, I was offered a courtesy vehicle until mine was ready. Yarmouth Kia made sure that my vehicle was safe before they returned it to me, to that I am grateful. Thanks again for such wonderful service! It is nice to know that my dealer is always looking out for me and my family, and that if they notice something that is probably wrong they are willing to take the time to look into it instead of sending me on my way".
